bravesoft IS (bravesoft Information System) is an AI-powered internal business platform independently planned, developed, and operated by bravesoft Vietnam to streamline and centralize its internal operations.

The platform brings together a wide range of essential business functions in a single system, including ToDo, Worklog, attendance management, overtime, annual leave, approval workflows, timesheet and work-hour management, project management, HR and contract information, client management, project cost management, sales management, statistics, and reporting.

In addition, bravesoft IS integrates “braveGPT,” an internal AI chat application powered by generative AI, and “bravesoft AI Assistant,” a RAG-based AI assistant that leverages internal information to support question answering and information retrieval. By utilizing our in-house AI server, we have built a private AI environment that enables employees to securely leverage internal knowledge through a RAG-based AI assistant. Beyond conventional business management, the platform supports a broad range of operations through AI-powered information retrieval, knowledge utilization, and day-to-day work assistance.

bravesoft IS is continuously used in our day-to-day operations and enhanced based on feedback from employees and management teams. From planning and requirements definition to UI/UX design, development, testing, AI implementation, operation, and continuous improvement, the entire lifecycle is handled in-house. Through this process, we continue to build practical expertise in developing business systems and applying AI to real-world operational challenges.
