braveGPT is an internal AI chat application independently developed by bravesoft Vietnam to make generative AI safe, accessible, and easy to use in everyday business operations.

Through a simple chat-based interface, generative AI supports a wide range of tasks, including answering questions, content creation, summarization, translation, brainstorming, and information organization. Designed not only for engineers but also for project managers, QA engineers, sales teams, administrative staff, and other roles, braveGPT helps employees across the organization integrate AI into their daily work.

braveGPT is also integrated with our internal business platform, “bravesoft IS,” providing employees with an environment where generative AI can be easily incorporated into their everyday workflows. Based on feedback from actual internal use, we continuously enhance its functionality and improve the overall user experience.

From planning and requirements definition to UI/UX design, development, testing, AI implementation, operation, and continuous improvement, the entire lifecycle is handled in-house. Through this process, we continue to build practical expertise in integrating generative AI into real-world business processes.
