bravesoft AI Assistant is a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)-based AI assistant independently developed by bravesoft Vietnam to securely and efficiently leverage the wide range of knowledge accumulated within the company through generative AI.

By utilizing internal documents and business information as its knowledge base, users can ask questions in natural language to quickly retrieve relevant information and receive AI-generated answers based on the retrieved content. This enables faster access to information that may be difficult to find through conventional keyword searches, reducing the time required for information retrieval and knowledge sharing.

The AI platform runs on our in-house AI server, with the large language model “gpt-oss:120b” deployed in a private environment. Combined with RAG, this architecture enables the effective use of internal knowledge while maintaining careful control over security and information management, providing a practical AI environment designed for real-world business use.

The assistant is also integrated with our internal business platform, “bravesoft IS,” allowing employees to seamlessly access the information they need as part of their daily workflows. Based on feedback from actual internal use, we continuously improve search accuracy, response quality, and overall usability.

From planning and requirements definition to AI architecture design, RAG implementation, UI/UX design, development, testing, AI model and infrastructure setup, operation, and continuous improvement, the entire lifecycle is handled in-house. Through this process, we continue to build practical expertise in developing AI solutions that combine enterprise knowledge with generative AI.
